Thomas Westbrook was hired to try to intimidate me regarding an easement dispute he lied about property law's that didn't exist made up definitions two words what he didn't realize is that he was dealing with a surveyor I'm the guy his office would call to settle easement disputes for 6 months he tried to harass me until finally his client and him self filed an illegal lawsuit where is client and himself perjured themselves throughout all of their testimonies forcing me to hire my own lawyer after dealing with him for 8 months after the easement dispute was over I went to his boss and presented my evidence against him and how he broke the rules of conduct and should be disbarred after a week or so I called Mr Rogers told me that he didn't even look at the evidence claiming that it would be a conflict of interest. How is having a person who breaks the law in your firm be a conflict of interest not to look at the evidence. From what I saw this firm all they do is hope that their lies are better than the other lawyers lies I would not hire them because they clearly do not know the law or respect their oath to the bar association.

Cathy and Scott were so awesome to work with. Any time I had any questions or concerns they were very quick to respond. They genuinely cared about me and my recovery after my accident. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future should the need arise. A+++

Megan Card refuses proper service when dealing with prose court proceedings. Megan Card also uses third party libelous unfiled "pettyfogging" complaints to defend her domestic abusive client. I will continue to request her disbarment from law in Thurston County & through Washington state bar association. Megan Card is a disservice to law and a dishonor to her peers.

Have used the firm for multiple different issues and have been represented very well.

Hired Megan card on to a family law case, her lack of communication as well as making uncoordinated moves without our consent caused damage to our case. She lost focus and missed huge points that could have easily benefited our stance, but her lack of dedication caused us financial and emotional damage.

WARNING TO ANY POTENTIAL CLIENTS OF MEGAN CARD: My wife and I hired Megan Card a year and a half ago to get the other party to follow the parenting plan in our case. I had previously represented myself in this matter and had been successful three times proving contempt on the other party. Megan explained that A minor modification could be accomplished with two contempts in a three-year period, which could give us more time with my son. We hired her because we already had two new contempts to put before the court. The other party was found in contempt on one of the two available at that time and was ordered to pay attorneys fees to Megans office to the trust account I had set up with them. Meanwhile the court said they needed a new guardian ad litem report for this case. We did that and The report was in favor of more time with my son.Megan still couldn't get any changes for us. One year after the other party was found in contempt we were scheduled for settlement conference. I emailed Megan the three issues we wanted to discuss at this conference. She failed to even mention them, and let the other party get away with not following a temporary order the court put in place three months earlier, at the first settlement conference. Come to find out that the other party had also not made good on the first contempt hearing from a year ago, and had not paid Megans office the judgment that was ordered to be paid. This would have been another contempt against the other party, which would have greatly helped our case. Megan acted surprised when I mentioned this to her on the phone, but did nothing about it. Instead Megan set us up for a trial we told her we didn't want then removed herself as our attorney saying "I can withdraw whenever I want to". In short my wife and I spent over $10,000 on this last year and a half, lost time at work, and gained no ground in our legal case at all, and now are being forced into a trial we didn't want because of bad legal representation.
