I hired Tom to represent me in a life-or-death matter. I was falsely accused of a most serious felony that would have ended my life as I'd known it. Tom brilliantly looked for every angle to interrogate the case and through patience and unwavering resolve eventually negotiated a plea to a relatively inconsequential charge. His commitment comes with compassion, which was critical in guiding me and my family trough two years of immense hardship brought on by the charges. I am incredibly grateful to him, Amber, and other attorneys at his firm, who occasionally filled in for Tom and I found to be always capable and prepared. They are worth your trust.

Tom went above and beyond for me. Since i1639 passed I "unknown to me" lost my right to possess a firearm. My juvenile record was from 25 years ago. Tom went to court for me and got my rights back and is having my juvenile record completely sealed with no record of conviction.

Tom is a must hire. He works hard, excellent communication and produces results. His team is extremely effective at being a liaison with the court system. Without his team I would be lost in the sauce if I took it on myself or went with a public defender. it's been a few years between needing their help and when I thought to write this out.. I ended up becoming a co-guardian for my father. circumstances of which involved some criminal charges against him and also some (potential) elder abuse against him. This husband and wife duo were able to get the charges cleared AND orchestrated the guardianship setup. their help made the process quite painless. also, over the last few years they've been so helpful where navigating the courts is concerned. the respect, honesty and easy no BS nature all speak to how good they are.

I came to Mr. Keehan in a very anxious state. I had an adult family member living in my home that I needed to force to leave for my physical and emotional health.
