Terry Church Review I was at a complete stop in my car, rear-ended and injured. My insurance company stopped paying my medical bills shortly after treatment started. I was far from healed at that point and knew I had to continue my medical care. I needed a good lawyer to represent me. I knew of Terry Church's ethics and integrity in fighting for his clients. Terry fought my own insurance company through an arbitration process and got all of my medical bills paid. But he didn't stop there. He then fought for recovery and won against the at-fault driver for pain and suffering so my medical treatments could continue as needed until my injuries stabilized. Because of his principles Terry goes the extra mile and does everything possible to resolve the claim in the best interest of his clients. It was a privilege to work with him and his paralegal Joey. This is a 5-star review for Terry's professionalism, experience and commitment, his unwavering skill communicating with the insurance companies, and negotiating a settlement and last but not least - his incredible staff. I highly recommend Terry and the Church Rietzke Johnson law firm.

I was in an accident and was attempting to resolve the matter myself, however quickly realized I would be better off enlisting the help of a professional. Because of my job, I tend to work with many personal injury firms and have seen how awful some can be to work with - so I knew from the start that I did not want to use 90% of the larger firms that you see advertised. After doing some research on different smaller offices (that could offer a personal touch and not make you feel like a cog in an assembly line), I decided to reach out to Church, Rietzke, and Johnson. From the time of my first meeting with Mr. Church, and until the final disposition of my case, all of the staff there have been pleasant, informative, professional, and most importantly responsive. I frequently worked with Joey and he was incredibly patient and helpful. They were able to settle my case for much more than I ever anticipated and I know I would not have had the same results if I had anyone else handle my case. I hope I never need the same services in the future, but if I do, this is where I will go.

Church Rietzke Johnson helped me through my three year car accident battle. There were different things that happen especially through the epidemic, however the Church Rietzke Johnson group was available and worked through it all. There were a few times my case manager changed but Mr. Johnson always was available no matter what. He returned my call very timely and was always willing and able to take the time to answer my many questions and in the end we got a lot more in the settlement than I personally was expecting. They were all very friendly and understanding. Mr. Johnson explained everything so that someone who doesn't fully understand legal terms understood what was going on and gave suggestion and never was pushy. The Church Rietzke Johnson group is someone Id suggest to though going through any legal struggles. Reasoning for 4 starts is because I feel there is always room to grow and learn. I had a difficult time with my case manager changing but with everything going on it was understandable. I's give 4 and a half if I knew how to make the half star on this rating.

I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault as I was hit from behind. There was not a lot of damage to my car but my body took the impact. I had to have physical therapy for a long time, but it was worth it as I eventually was able to regain most of the mobility that I had lost. My attorney at Church Rietzke Johnson was extremely helpful. He listened to my complaints about what had happened to me and was able to arrange a very good settlement for my case. My lawyer was available, worked hard for me and I was very happy with the results.

My wife and I were rear-ended in a car wreck. The opposing insurance company kept calling my wife and badgering her to sign some papers just a couple days after the wreck The wreck was bad; we both had concussions; and we were in a really bad situation needing to heal up from this incident. A good friend of ours recommended Terry and his firm. We met with them and got a good feeling from the start. He was able to immediately get the opposing insurance company to stop contacting my wife. As time wore on, the other insurance company was very unresponsive and uncooperative. After about a year went by, Terry started the process to go to court. We were gearing up for depositions, interviews, the whole nine yards. At that point, the opposing side finally capitulated and began to bargain with us. Everything eventually worked out in the end. I am very grateful to Terry and his team for helping us out through the entire process. He and his team were very patient and explained everything as we went along. They were even able to occasionally meet after hours or on a weekend day when we could not get off from work. I have worked with other attorneys in the past who were not as easy to work with, nor as professional. I was very impressed with him and his team, that they were there for us, and worked so hard.

Terry and his paralegal Kristina were thorough, professional, and diligent about pursuing my car accident case. I felt confident about their experience and knowledge; they know how to strategize and see the case through. Although as you may imagine, I hope I never have a reason to work with them again, I highly recommend them to other individuals looking for a lawyer they can rely on.
