Bryan is an excellent attorney. He is skilled at explaining complex legal processes. He always made sure I had a thorough grasp of the situation, laid out my options, and made sound recommendations. Whenever we would talk, eiither in person or on the phone, Bryan never rushed the conversation. He always made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me. He is very thorough, direct, firm, and sharp while also being relaxed and giving me friendly customer service. I hope I don't need another personal injury lawyer, but if I do, I wouldn't hesisitate to work with Bryan again. My case had some quirks, and Bryan was still able to get me solidly compensated for my injuries. My settlement exceeded my expectation. Three thumbs up!

I enjoyed working with Bryan Johnson and his staff. they were open and honest about everything, gave as much information as possible. Even when they had no information they would call and check in to make sure all was going well. Always explained things even if he talked before about it. After one part was over, he allowed me to make the decisions on other directions to go, but he gave me all the directions things could go.

I was very happy to work with Mr. Johnson. He was thorough and very professional. He listened closely to everything I had to say, took every detail into consideration, and nailed my case! I appreciated his honesty and his endurance. I would absolutely recommend him and choose him again.

Brian Johnson and Thomas L. Dickson of the Dickson Law Group were retained in November 2012 to represent me regarding my lawsuit against a municipal corporation for violation of Washington State’s Open Public Meetings Act. The Town had already received a serious written rebuke from the Washington State Attorney General’s office and had offered to settle the suit. Attorneys Brian Johnson and Thomas L. Dickson were retained to pursue a negotiated settlement. Despite being paid thousands of dollars, neither Brian Johnson nor Thomas L. Dickson did anything and I recently received a copy of the ‘Clerk’s Order of Dismissal’ from the King County Superior Court as a result of this case being abandoned. Even though I have a signed Retainer Agreement and physical evidence from the Dickson Law Group showing they accepted the case, this law firm now states they don’t and never have represented me in this matter.
