Bryan and his team were professional, prompt, and caring with my case. Bryan's main concern was getting me back to good health. I thought this was particularly unique. I guess I assumed he'd be focused on the biggest settlement amount. Instead he was all about getting me back to my daily activities. He then strategically advised me through the settlement process. This is a five star review and public endorsement of how my personal accident case was transformed from total despair and frustration to a fully satisfactory settlement won by Personal Injury Attorney Bryan D. Johnson, a partner in the Church, Rietzke, Johnson law firm of Olympia, WA. On December 8, 2017, another driver totaled my 2013 CTS Cadillac and severely injured my lower lumbar spine. The other driver’s auto insurance company had to be practically arm wrestled to pay me near the actual replacement value of my luxury car as well as arbitrarily cut me off prematurely from paying for my reasonable and prescribed medical treatments. Their unacceptable behavior forced me to search for the most highly qualified personal injury lawyer available, and fortunately I engaged Bryan Johnson to represent me and settle my case in my favor. The initial settlement offers from the insurance lawyers were less than my past accumulated medical expenses, so we ended up suing the other driver for all of the uncompensated medical-related expenses as well as my pain and suffering resulting from the accident. It took over a year to settle my case, but Bryan hung in there with me and we finally settled for an amount that we both considered a solid victory for both of us without the necessity of going through either arbitration or a civil trial. Being pregnant was supposed to be one of the best times of my life and It was, until the morning I was T-boned in an intersection on my way to work. 7.5 months pregnant and I was in a very bad car accident. I almost lost my daughter from the impact and as a result of the accident I was put on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. I work in the medicine field and there was no possible way for me to safely return to work after my injuries. After my auto accident I was pointed in Bryan Johnson’s direction. At the time I was in so much pain and not in the right mindset to even deal with a lawyer, but since he was recommended to me, I thought I’d just follow up and give him a try.
