I am a lawyer. When I had need for legal representation on an accident case, I chose Harold’s office. I received highly competent representation. His office obtained a fair settlement, working effectively and efficiently. If you want highly skilled representation, Harold and his lawyers will provide that for you.

I worked with John Mango from this law office in regard to a car accident where I was a victim. He was always professional and always willing to answer to answer any questions that I may have had. He handled my case in a way that left me satisfied beyond my expectations. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who was involved in a car accident.

Where do I begin? I gave them many chances to make it right, but finally I had to move on to an attorney who would actually help me with my case. Complaints: 1. unprofessional - Harold Carr was over 20 min late to our scheduled phone session. He left a voicemail and charged me for that. The legal assistant scheduled another phone meeting for a time we did not agree upon and I got charged for that. One of the legal assistants told my chiropractic office to ignore a rejected charge and leave it for "patient responsibility". No attorney's office should be giving that advice. This comes out of my settlement at the end, which won't be much anyway after all the outstanding bills I have to pay and the cut that the office gets. 2. egregious billing - like I said, Harold put a lien against me for over $16K for very minimal work (my spouse and I did most of the back and forth with the providers and insurance companies). I counted almost 400 individual charges of $31.25 for literally opening an email, reading 1-2 sentences (or replying 1-2 sentences). This does NOT take 15 minutes and this is legal assistant rates. This alone totals to $12K of the insane amount of the lien. Very unusual and questionable practice for contingency cases. They also charged me for a "free" consultation. I'm guessing this is the only way they make money on cases is to do horrible work until the client fires them and then they can send a lien for some absurd amount. I wish I'd read their ratings before retaining them. Overall, it has been a terrible and stressful experience.

I have hired them twice now. Nothing but very caring people. I can't believe anyone would say different I've been totally grateful for how they communicated with me. Very prompt with voice mail. I've maybe if anybody have been the rude one . Cathy calmed me down whoever leaves bad reviews have a problem in their own head. Very happy with the lakewood office

I had the pleasure of working with Stacy Rex for more than a year on my case. I couldn't have asked for anyone better for the job. She made things so easy and stress free throughout our lengthy process and was always honest about everything. She always went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I would recommend this firm to anybody who has been in a car accident!

I was in a car accident that seemed "basic". My car was totaled when I was rear ended while stopped at a stop light. I had several injuries; none of which required a visit to the ER. So I tried to work with the insurances. A year into doctor visits and physical therapy, I found the insurance companies (mine and the other drivers) began to play doctor and dictate what medical care was necessary for me. They make money by wearing you down and making life miserable so that you will settle. In my case, I was injured and wanted to get better so I didn't settle. That is when the insurance companies became unreasonable. I consulted and then hired Harold Carr's services. They took care of all the back and forth arguments (bickering) between the insurance companies, and handled the paperwork so I could finally concentrate on my health. They stuck by my side, explaining everything along the way. In the end, the insurance companies only wanted to pay for medical, leaving me no compensation for all the time spent in and out of doctor offices. I learned so much about how insurance companies work when in an accident, and it isn't pretty. If you are in an accident and the insurance company is dictating your care and you feel they are not being fair, call Harold Carr. You need someone on your side because the insurance companies will not be.

I hired the lawyer and the case is in progress, I am amazed by the way they treat you with dignity, call answered timely, wormly welcomed whenever you visit there office. Attentively lawyer who will listen to you and guide you with questions concerns. In whatever outcome of the claimI feel that I am at the right persons and will ask them to keep! Keeping on the excellent work.!!!!...

I had a very positive experience with this Law Firm. They actually drove to me in Shelton so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Olympia. From the GetGo, they have gone above and beyond for me and have been extremely helpful. Michael Montgomery was my attorney and not only did he fight for me, but he took the time to hear me out and was very empathetic and kind. Plus, it's a bonus that he's super hot and looks like Clark Kent :) Unlike other attorney offices, they actually return my calls in a prompt manner and they're great communicators, which is very important to me. Overall, I had a great experience and I was happy with my settlement.

Stacey Rex should have on her desk name plate " Your Advocate" . Always pleasant, always responsive and always professional. In fact going the extra mile more than once! I felt comfortable navigating the system process with Stacey leading the way. Never once did I think she had nothing but my best interest in mind. Could not have been more pleased with the process and the firm.

Harold Carr and his staff made sure I received the treatment to recover from my injury from a car accident. The insurance company offered a low settlement, so my case went to arbitration. I received a fair and reasonable award.

I've never used an attorney for an auto claim before and this experience told me I should have tried to settle on my own. I was rear ended at 50mph and had a lot of soft tissue injuries and vertigo. Two years into the process I found out my doctor could not testify affirmatively that the accident caused my vertigo, never once did they suggest I see another doctor. They knew this early on and never said a word to me about it. My other care providers validated this injury but I needed a medical doctor to do the same so it pretty much killed 75% of my injury claim. I met Harold twice, and he told me I was better off settling and they would give me 4k, pay all of my providers and then get my 10k PIP claim money back for me. It turned out that was wishful thinking on their part because my insurance company demanded the 10k PIP claim be reimbursed. In short, Harold and my providers ALL received more money than I did. I would not recommend his firm, not once did anyone ever call me without being prompted by my messages. It was a terrible experience and in the end they didn't get me any more money than I could have negotiated on my own. They are greedy, lazy, and don't fight for your personal injury damanges at all.

I was in 2 different car accidents only 4 months apart! Martin and Carr were able ti process my claim and get me the restitution i needed to proceed with my life. All i had to do was go to the dr and they handled the rest! I highly recommend to anyone who has an injury and would like to move forward after an auto accident.
