I acquired the services of Mr. Nicholas Jones, I was not only impressed I was left speechless. He's quick, professional, and his staff provides amazing customer service. Linda his legal assistant communicated very efficiently and professionally every step of the way. I wasn't expecting the results I got from my traffic case, he prepared me for a promising outcome and exceeded them by a million!!! Forever grateful and I will not go elsewhere for my legal needs.

Highly recommend this firm. They were responsive and amazing to work with. They made the process as easy as possible.

I almost feel guilty writing this review as Jeremy took my case on when he was already full and did a solid job for me. I was impressed with him as a lawyer and can see why he comes so highly recommended by clients and colleagues alike. If I could keep communication between him and I alone I’d use him again if need be. Unfortunately that’s not the way it works. I did not care for his assistant and some of the other staff at times. She was short with me and consistently rude, as I felt on multiple occasions as though I was being talked down to, constantly interrupted and talked over, and as though I was an inconvenience when I had questions or needed an explanation. She was also conveniently out of the office often which was frustrating as she was the only person designated to speak with me as a client of Jeremy’s. To have a job representing a lawyer, or working with people and FOR people, you’d think staff members would be more kind, helpful, and overall pleasant, but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case in my experience, and for that reason I wouldn’t return to this firm even though I did like Jeremy.
