I hires Nick as my defense lawyer for unlawful imprisonment dv, a felony count and malicious mischief dv. Nick took my case, interviewed the people involved, and advised me of all the possible outcomes. In the end, Nick did an awesome job and defended me better than I could have hoped for. I was found not guilty on both charges and I may have made a friend for life. Nick is an awesome lawyer, and I hope I never have to see him again, but if I need someone to defend me I would call Mr. Jones to have my back

Nick failed to prepare for our court appointment and became confused when he did appear. It was though he hadn't read our file or just plain didn't care. Nick failed to notify us in a timely matter about court dates and documents needed to be filed. He faxed a request for information to be sent to him on a specified date and time. Unfortunately for us that specified date and time was seven hours before he sent the fax. Now we find he left his firm without notifying us or informing us of the new court date.
