I am so lucky to have had Nick to help me with my recent criminal charge. Nick is not only a good man and an easy person to talk to (with the BEST assistant ever!!!) he is well versed in law and explains things clearly, with confidence, and in a manner you can understand. From within minutes of meeting him he understood me, my case, and what I was up against. I was falsely charged by a family member of assault 2, class B felony, a strikble offense. I have have never had any criminal charges until this happened. I found myself in jail accused of something I didn’t do. I was drugged. I basically woke up in jail. I was on a 72 hour hold. My family member put me in jail over money. My bail was $10,000. A family friend knew a Benton county judge who referred Nick Jones to us. I paid a flat fee upfront. I wasn’t billed anymore like most lawyers do. He worked with me and the witnesses for my case to help use the facts and evidence to get the prosecutor to drop my case 10 months later. My ex family member created a lot of evidence proving they weren’t a credible witness. Nick Jones showed the prosecutor the necessary evidence that I am innocent. The prosecutor dropped my case. Beware many spouses put there spouse in jail so they get a restraining order, custody of the kids, spousal support, and the house. It’s a brilliant evil divorce strategy. Domestic Violence is just a an accusation. Cops legally have to arrest or they can be fired. Don’t talk to the cops. Get a lawyer like Nick Jones so you can get your life back like I did. I hired Nick to help clear my case from a felony and restore my firearms rights. I was convicted of a crime that I shouldn't have but I was young at the time so I took the first thing that offered no jail time without realizing what a felony did to you and the restrictions and burden it puts on you .Nick was very understanding and re-ensuring and made me feel like I wasn't a piece of garbage like how I have felt since I was convicted. I hired Nick Jones over a year ago, because we are family friends with the Roaches. I hired him to expunge a misdemeanor. I call to check up every few months, and it takes about 5 or 6 calls that go straight to voicemail before i get a call back. Been about 14 months as of now and still no end in sight or any info on what is being done. I have already paid $1500 up front and haven't gotten anywhere. Definitely would not hire him again. It may not be his fault, but his secretary is making him look bad by not keeping people informed.
