I was the passenger in an automotive accident some time ago and Mr. Roach was recommended to me by my colleague. I met with him and he agreed to take my case to settle my claim. I had never hired/worked with an attorney prior to this occasion and I suppose you could say that I had many preconceived notions as to what the experience would be like. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with Mr. Roach and his staff, my preconceived notions were entirely wrong. He was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and completed his task with the outcome he advertised. I haven't got a negative word to say. I would recommend him to family, friend, or colleague with faith that he could handle their case.

I knew Pat's firm from doing our adoption. When I was in a car accident, I went back to Pat. I was rear ended, requiring a back fusion. I was out 6 months of work along with medical cost. Pat negotiated the claim and received 100% of their insurance limit and 100% of my under-insured claim. My medical insurance also had a lien on my claim, requiring that I pay back medical costs of nearly $90K if I received any compensation. Pat was able to negotiate this and get it all waived. This was truly the best financial outcome possible to a bad situation. He is a great attorney and always fast to reply to my emails.

I wish that I could leave ZERO stars. Brian Roach is far too busy to help you with a DUI or anything else for that matter. He will sweet talk you, tell you that he is going to take care of everything, TAKE YOUR MONEY and then disappear. Mark the date on your calendar when you speak to him because it is the last and most certainly the only time that you actually will speak to him. He didn't even show up at my court date after I flew in from the East Coast for one day. His assistants Niki and Alondra are not going to help you either. All they are going to do is confirm that he is far too busy to deal with YOU. They almost never answer the phone, return voicemail messages or even answer emails. I have called and emailed Alondra so many times that I have lost count and I have NEVER, EVER heard back from her. That is not a joke! Don't waste your time or money...find another attorney.
