The McMenamin team supported me after I was rear ended by an 18-wheeler in the OR mountains. During one of the most difficult chapters of my life, I really appreciate the support from this group. The communication was always very clear and I never felt as though they pressured, misled, or overpromised to me. They were always kind, professional, and responsive by phone and email. They encouraged me to get the medical care I needed and made suggestions for providers in my area. The process was lengthy (about 6 months in total) but I'm very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and the settlement. I highly recommend working with them.

Can’t say enough about Patrick and his group. One day after being hit by a drunk driver on my bicycle, the medical billing and and insurance folks were driving me crazy. With a devastating head injury, I couldn’t begin to cope. Never hired a lawyer for anything before but I recognized I needed help. From the first contact, Patrick and his staff assumed the responsibility for billing and insurance. I was able to focus on healing. As I healed we worked together through the legal and insurance issues to the settlement. This group is service oriented with a very sensible business like approach. As a victim you don’t always hear what you want to, but Patrick and his team were always spot on. My settlement was very fair and the insurance management was superb. McMenamin & McMenamin were amazing when i needed help after a traffic collision i was involved in. Their whole team helped me through all the different parts of the case, at all the different ends. From the initial stress they saved me in the chaos at the beginning of it, to the end negotiations with the insurance agents! They were extremely professional and Amazing as well!!( I just had to say it again) They were kind and fast to respond when i had questions.
