Very knowledgeable, honest, and charged a flat rate.

Nick and the team at Puget Law Group took on my case and it was the best experience I could have hoped for. I was not very optimistic going in and they got me a better outcome than I could have hoped for. They took care of everything and made a bad situation manageable. I would highly recommend them and can’t say enough positive things. 5 stars for sure.

Scott Kalkwarf is the best! He worked incredibly hard and gave 110% to make sure my voice was heard and there was a fair trial. He was my attorney for a family law custody case. I would not have gotten the outcome we did if it was not for his hard work and attention to detail. I live in another town so communication was important and he always kept me updated and informed of what was going on. He gave excellent advice and has many years of experience so always knew exactly what to do and what we needed to consider. Anytime I didnt understand a situation he would thoroughly explain it to me so I did. Scott is definitely worth the money; I would not suggest dealing with a family law case without a good experienced Attorney and when it comes to your children you need the absolute best to fight for you. Thankyou Scott for your dedication and hard work! My children and I will be forever greatful.

Just needed advice of a lawyer..

Scott has been amazing. He has been our attorney for about 8 years. He has shown nothing but compassion and dedication to our needs and case. He has been flexible and always get the job done. Messed up just about every form he produced for me and his inattention to detail would have cost me my entire retirement if I had not been vigilant. Lacked the professionalism to not send me emails addressed to the wrong name as well as had to be constantly corrected on who the petitioner and who the respondant was. Pays enough attention to call me in after 30 days of the respondant being served to tell me we could default given that it had been 61 days despite having correspondance which stated it had been 30 days, causing me to waste time off of work for no reason. I would rate zero stars if it was an option. Stay away from his services, definitely not worth the money.

Tim kelly did a very great job getting my gun rights restored in two weeks. he is very helpful in every way and very quick responding back when i have questions about the process. he made sure everything goes smooth with timely manner of what he tells me what he is gonna be doing next with my case and that made me feel relaxed. again i want to thank him very much for all his help and very highly recommend tim kelly. thank you again tim.

5 stars Nicholas and the Puget Law Group was a God sent to my family. When my brother got charged with some heavy charges I didn’t know what to do. This was the first time my family had gone through anything like this. After calling the public defender’s office and being informed they are only required to speak with the defendant I knew something needed to change. My brother was still in his late teens and really didn’t understand the process either. We got Nicholas number from a family friend and since that day for 10 months Nicholas not only explained the process, best and worst case scenario, and what we could do to help. He stayed in great contact with not just myself but our other brother through the process. Understanding that we still had jobs and families to take care of, he let us know what courts dates we needed to attend and what dates we didn’t. The team at Puget Law Group made you feel comfortable with every visit to their office. Nicholas and everyone at Puget Law Group not only looked at the case but took the time to see and understand my brother as a person and not just a criminal. I would highly recommend Nicholas and the Puget Sound Law Group to anyone, big or small. The peace of mind they provide is well worth it.
