I hired Mr. Fong a few months ago in a time of need. Upon my first meeting with him he was very reassuring and understanding of my situation. He comforted me through a very difficult time in my life and helped me to better understand the legal process. He took the time to analize my case carefully and explain pertinant facts to me. Whenever there was any kind of update or development in my case I was informed immediately. He always kept my mind at ease with his calm and professional demeaner. Eric also has a "No Sweat" attitude that would give any client a feeling of relief. Ultimately, I was provided a service that was second to none. He was able to get the results we were both looking for as timely as possible. I highly recommend Eric for anyone that needs a great lawyer!

When I was charged with a felony I did not know what to do. Should I plea guilty and take less jail time? Should I go to trial with my court appointed attorney? Maybe hire an attorney? I was confused, stressed to the max, and scared. I worked in Tacoma at the time as a bartender where most of my patrons were attorneys. I was advised by one of them to hire Eric Fong. It was the best advice I have ever got in my life. My case was a kind of complex and I thought the charge was BS. When I met Eric I was immediately impressed with his intelligence and his sharpness. The feeling of being helpless came to an end. Don't get me wrong I was still scared as hell. The charge I was facing was very serious so there was a lot of sleepless nights. Going into trial was I very nervous but ready. I didnt know what to expect in that courtroom. I had only seen trials on TV. Eric was awesome. When he spoke to the jury I knew I had a chance to win. This man knows the courtroom. He has a cool confident swagger about him and he has a gift when it comes to speaking. The jury deliberated for 5 hours and when the courtrooms closed they still had not reached a verdict. Eric assured me they needed to sleep on it and they would find me not guilty in the morning. Guess what happened in the morning? The jury had their verdict by 9:15 AM and I was found not guilty. WOW! DONE! Its over!! This guy will go to work for you. His staff are also great. He was worth every penny!! If you are being prosecuted hire Eric Fong as your attorney. The other person who gave him a bad rating on this site could not be more full of crap. His reputation speaks for itself. Thank you Eric!!! You saved me.........

Honestly, I couldnt have asked for more!! He handled my case very well. He was very understanding and compassionate, while being extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am still thanking him for his great work!
