I just had Adrian appointed as my attorney on this most recent charge that I'm dealing with and I will say that he has done an amazing job and it has gone above and beyond any and all of my expectations! Any attorney that I've had in the past, they always seemed just as eager as I was to want to accept the first plea deal offered so that I could get the whole process over with as soon as humanly possible! Adrian was not focused on that at all but instead, when he came to visit me in the jail the very first time, he had already familiarized himself with my case file and already had a preliminary offer for a sentencing alternative program! I always felt like he was genuinely listening to what I was saying and he always had a good sense of humor about the stupid stuff that you see when dealing with the criminal justice systemhe legal system every single day! I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough and naturally-skilled attorney because he will go to bat for you and we'll make sure that you are not just accepting the first deal that's offered, even if that means taking another week or two to see what the other options available are. He got me an amazing deal on this charge and he was able to actually get me released right after my third court date when I was expecting to have to sit in the jail and wait for another 5 weeks or more! It was definitely a more than pleasant and happy surprise for me! We were forced by the courts to keep Mr. Pimentel as our lawyer, after filing bar complaints and asking the courts to remove him from the case 3 times, he violates constitutional rights and privacy.
