I had a very serious accident last year and broke both my legs and it was horrifying. I just didn’t have the physical or mental strength to deal with insurance companies and their enormous amount of paperwork, so we contacted the law office of Becker Franklin and Rovang. When we met with Steve and John there was no pressure to choose their firm but they were direct and understanding about my case. I am very pleased with them. John Kauffman who mostly I dealt with has been nothing but forthcoming with my case. He keeps me abreast of what’s going on and answers any questions I have. Their staff has also been gracious as well as professional. I would highly recommend contacting this law firm for your legal needs.

To start the consultation process went well discussed the subject matter in detail and felt reassuring of hiring in the services of this firm. Getting in contact in the beginning was difficult but then when agreement was signed contact was faster and easier. Contract for services of this firm and lawyer were presented clearly and in timely fashionable manor with respect to making known details pertaining to payments and consequences of negligence on my part of not complying with terms given on signed contract. One issue I did not see or remember asking about payments but were made in cash. It would have been nice to have been able to make debit/credit card electronic payment method so I wouldn't be transferring cash everytime I made a payment. A concern but was handled well was the distance due to locations and legal issue being handled in a different county. The distance issue for travel but prompt appearances each court date showed signs of proffessionslism & respect for the client and adherence to his job as an attorney. Some flaws but nothing heavy to touch on furthermore as this includes me but that issue was dealt with understanding and percevierance and trust having to do with adjustment of finances. In the end of many proceedings of court I was happy with the outcome details described prior and after to have understanding on the subject matter and further actions I had to take to complete terms given by the judge. Even after the matter I was graced with if in the near future I had questions pertaining to the case or issues with resolving aftermath of dealing with other parties in the legal system he was a call away to respond within a timely manner. In which I did have to do a follow up to explain some subject matter further to gain clarity on what recourse or actions I would have to take to make compliance.

When my lawyer suddenly passed away from cancer after I had already paid him Ian gave me a great discount to help me out which was greatly appreciated. He was really on top of things and got the case taken care of quickly and without much hassle.

I had the pleasure to work directly with Steve Franklin and my case wasnt the easiest to say the least but Steve was fast and communication was key with his assistant Terri; both pushed my employer and the other persons insurance and in the end we all settled to a nice fair amount... im actually going to re-hire Steve agian for another seperate case..
