She represents a lady that offered us a home to purchase and after fixing the home up and after making a yard out of a dirt pit, repairing a roof, painting inside and out, go ing a $5000 down payment, rebuilding a shed from ground up, spending over $1000 to fix a well, clearing brush to make a beautiful yard in back she and her client attacked us. Her client decided that she no longer wanted to sell the home that she offered and that me and my children and soon to be wife made our home. I told her that you can't just change your mind after we fix the place and pay a down payment and she said "oh I can and I did" and then came Karen with faulse claims mainly of burni g. She claims that we are a nuisance and had listed every time we burned outback and even has dates that were from before we lived here. We have a burn permit and the fire dept. comes out every time we burn and looks and says "sorry" and leaves. Her husband I assume it is has been found many times hiding behind trees watching us and watching my teenage daughter while hiding behind trees as she walks to the bus stop in the morning. Just the other night I was outside and this man shined a flashlight and scanned my property and when the light hit me he turned and walked real fast oh did I mention that Karen lives across the street and my neighbors argue all the time and when they get loud Karen or someone from her home called the police and tells them it is us. The police stop by and Everytime say "sorry" and leave. They claim that due to limited mobility and my smoke from my LEAGAL fires make it so the male that hides behind trees and lights up my place is confined to the home. I own a construction company and I get yard waste branches and wood so usually I will burn it but after the kids go to bed so that I can sit with the fire and an hose and keep the area wet and make sure the fencing I lay over the fire so nothing pops out stays inplace without being distracted. So I don't see where the small fire I make at night is a nuisance or limits anyone that is hiding behind trees to their home. All neighbors KAREN included have commented on how beautiful the home and yard are now that WE HAVE MOVED INTO THE HOME. Karen then turned on us I'm assuming for money. Now we have to fight her in court again and after sinking everything into this home we are buying we have to fight her without a lawyer and she is going to going to eat us alive and we know that but hey what's a family thrown to the streets because someone decided they wanted their house back and sends people to pound on windows of teenage girls and hop fences to serve forged unstamped court paper but has money (probably the down payment we made) as long as she gets paid right? Crazy how one day she's praising you on how the place looks and waving everytime she sees you then the next she is trying to put you out on the streets with your kids because the people that ran it to the ground and the neiborhood couldn't stand decided she didn't want to sell it anymore. We had a verbal agreement we have receipts for everything and I believe in Washington state a verbal agreement is legally binding for 365 days or am I wrong? Also wouldn't her being my neighbor and making faulse reports on us be a conflict of interest? I'm not a lawyer so I'm asking? Because I don't understand why one day my neighbor is sweet and I'm buying a home and the next day my neighbor is attacking us and I'm fighting to save our home while I watch my fiance and children cry everyday and night from fear of being homeless. Karen is good and she will beat us but ethical? Well that depends on how far your wallet is. Karen will celebrate a win but I hope as she sees us packing and my family crying as we leave what we made home to live in a vehicle and my company close because no place to work from. I hope she takes a drink off her whine and says to herself "good win self you through a family to the streets" I hope taste good im sober so I hope it's good.

I highly recommend David Hill and his team. When I was looking for a lawyer who had a lot of experience as well as recommended by his peers, it was an easy choice for me. Thank you David and your team for helping me get through a tough time in my life.

The only reason i am not giving his office 5 stars is because the receptionist acts like you are inconveniencing her and the legal assistant loses paperwork. I did not enjoy interacting with either of them. The original receptionist was so much nicer.
David was fantastic and worth every penny. He was very knowledgeable and put my fears at ease. He answered all my questions and was very patient. I would recommend him to anyone facing bankruptcy.

Karen helped our firm out with what could have easily been an ugly situation. The documents she drafted were clear, concise, non-threatening, and really helped defuse the other party's emotions. This allowed a speedy and minimally dramatic resolution to a complex entity restructuring that several other firms had declined to represent us on. Highly recommended!
