Raphael, Beth and Eva are amazing! Raphael has represented me twice now and the first time he took my case all the way to the court room because the insurance company would not agree to a fair settlement for my injury. He really cares about his clients. Needless to say he mopped the floor with them and we ended up getting a bigger settlement than what we originally asked for. Contacting Rafael and his assistant Eva was the best thing I could have done to help my son Connor with his accident from August of 2022. County Deputies did not accurately report the accident or the collision scene, didn't interview witnesses, and didn't even cite the person who caused the accident with driving without insurance! They blamed Connor for the other man's illegal u-turn! We learned a lot with this process and in the end, Eva was able to provide justice for Connor's gash on his forehead and loss of his totaled Tacoma pickup.
