Nicole Li was and excellent law find for me. I was dealing with a DOH allegation regarding my pharmacist license. Nicole walked me through the entire process and helped me settle my allegation. I was audited in 2015 by a major insurance company in the Northwest, the results being a request for repayment in the amount of 100 K total. I initiated with Nicole Li after the insurance company had gathered up all my chart notes, and come back with the findings that they had overpaid me the above amount for an approximate 18 months window. My first meeting meeting with Nicole resulted in my requesting a narrower 365 day window as well as a request eventually that the extrapolation add ons be removed. Quite quickly after these requests were made, they were granted, and amazingly, that reduced my overpayment request very substantially to about 1/4 the original request. She was exceedingly helpful and generous and personable and I would recommend her 100% for anyone facing something like this. Right before I signed the final agreement, she went through the legal settlement and reassured me at every turn that we had done very well, and that I was signing at the right time and with the right terms.
