Back in 2019 he beat my first felony charge easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced attorney.

Hired Sam for a criminal defense case that was going to originally be held in front of a judge that is well known not to do dismissals of criminal cases. Needless to saw he was able to present my case in front of a different judge and case was dismissed. His upfront communication and the game plan for my case was easy to understand, and never once did he make me feel belittled or acted like he was the smartest one in the room during our meetings. Wish he did more then criminal defense because I would defiantly hire him again. However if you're in a legal bind with the law, SAM IS THE MAN!

We were leaving town for 3 months and needed to evict a tenant who was almost 4 months behind in rent and refused to leave. We had a consultation with Sam who besides being very savvy on tenant law is very personable so we hired him immediately and left town. Sam took care of the filing and court dates which resulted in a fast and easy eviction at a fair cost without the need for us to be in town. We would not hesitate to hire him again .

Would have gotten a better outcome if I would have had a public defender. This guy will not defend you. Instead he will roll over and take the other side in my case and as others have stated below. Sam Feinson thru me under the bus to the prosecutor on a DWI case that the cops had no evidence period. They never administered a breathalyzer test-no blood test or had any other evidence I called him up to check on where he was on my case and He got totally out of control and started screaming and cussing at me on the phone. He lied to me all the time about how he was handling my case and then he totally quit defending me. I verified these lies with others involved in the case. HE IS A STRAIGHT UP LIAR Now is your chance Sam defended yourself with some more lies. and I will back myself with facts and other people have agreed to comment if

Sam responded to my inquiry (regarding a dispute I had with my landlord) within 24 hours, listened carefully, and saw that I had a case immediately. I sent him the documents he requested and within three weeks, justice was served.

I have used Sam's services twice now in the last two years. Both times he did an outstanding job. In court, he is very well prepared. He is an outstanding negotiator. I will always use Sam as my attorney. I trust him completely and his fees are very reasonable.

Hired Mr Feinson to file on our behalf an unlawful detainer and to retrieve monies owed to us by our tenant. Throughout the whole process he hasn’t communicated with us nor kept us up to date and was never available in the office. In addition, he hasn’t instructed us that he would not be able to go forward unless he gets his fee agreement amount up front. He just simply ignored us and delayed the process. What was odd, instead Mr. Feinson repeatedly emphasized our tenant’s complaint statements to us which appeared to us as if she was his client and not us. Because he hasn’t filed any action Mr. Feinson offered to refund part of costs and fees and suggested we look for a new tenant and move on. We were so disgusted with his unprofessionalism and attitude through the whole process, we never got back to him and decided to cut our loses and move on

MR. Feinson has been excellent legal counsel and trial lawyer for my legal woes. Every step of the way he was realistic and pro-active to my case. Rest assured in hiring Sam Feinson he is worth every penny. I would absolutely reccommend him to friends and family and intend on keeping his number at hand for any future legal issues. A++

At first I was a little sceptical about hiring a lawyer from little ol' Port Townsend but once Sam started working on my case I knew I hired the right guy. I had consulted a couple other lawyers but Sam was the most pro-active and optimistic of the bunch. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison. He worked all the angles and made sure no detail was over looked. He provided me with great legal advise and worked hard to get me the best possible out come without taking my case to trail. Which honestly was what I prefered, I felt going to trail gave me a 50/50 chance and I didn't want to take that risk. Hopefully in the future I don't ever need to hire a lawyer for a crimianl matter, but! If I do, I will be calling Sam Feinson. If happen to have any referrals, I will be sure to send them his way!

Sam is great, Sam deserves his rate. Sam keeps things real, Sam knows how to deal. Sam got me a deferred, that is what I had preferred. Thank you Sam, Sam is better than green eggs and ham.

I have had a wonderful experience so far using Mr. Feinson as my attorney. The most important part is he was incredibly honest with me about the divorce process. Divorce is a very emotional process, especially when it involves children and he regularly reminded me that I needed to stay focused (less emotional) in order to get the best results and accomplish what needed to get done. Many attorneys will just "take your money" and do whatever you tell them, while giving you false hope of what the outcome would be. I find honestly to be an incredibly important trait in an attorney, and that is what Mr. Feinson provided. He was available when I needed to speak with him and was always very kind and understanding when it came to me explaining my concerns and my situation. And lastly, when it came to court hearings, he prepared me for what would unfold, and carried himself in court in a very impressive manner. I was thankful to have him on my side. I would definitely recommend Mr. Feinson.
