It’s been a few months since my incident, but I am so very pleased with the outcome. I had been facing criminal charges and Mr. Baumgarten took my case, allowing me to pay my fees in segments over the course of a few months. I didn’t even have to sit in front of the judge once, and was able to settle this case outside of the court system with Mr. Baumgarten’s masterful assistance. My case was dismissed within two months of the citation pending payment of the court fees. A true delight to work with, these legal representatives put YOU first.

Mr. Baumgarten was a terrific help throughout thw court process. He was not only prompt to return any question I had with a direct answer but also had great information of how thw process would play out taking away a lot of the stress and anxiety that would have come from doing this on my own.

I have never had to deal with a criminal case before, barely been in trouble with the law in the past and so I was very worried and anxious about what was happening to me and what could still potentially happen but Luke not only did everything within his ability to make sure only the minimal consequences would arise from the case, he provided me with a lot of tranquility, explaining every step of the process along the way and educating me about my case and the law itself. I barely had to do anything except for the things the judge would already be asking of me, that I literally would have to do myself one way or another after the fact, which he already knew about and had asked me to me do preemptively, to show good value and seriousness about the case, which only put me in a better standing with the judge and the court. He quite literally did everything else for me, I didn’t even have to go to any hearings until my arraignment. Very affordable given the peace of mind he provided me with. 10/10 would have him represent me again and recommend him to anyone I know needing the same kind of representation. I contacted Luke after receiving a DUI. I called after hours and he immediately answered on his personal phone and began to walk me though the steps I needed to take. While working with Luke I experienced an extremely high level of professionalism and he managed to get charged dropped to a simple traffic violation. Luke is exceptional. He is extremely responsive, a great communicator, and a really good lawyer. My son got into some trouble at school and the Pullman police charged him Obstructing Justice - a gross misdemeanor! It was an outrageous charge that was totally BS. We were panicked. This could have had long term consequences for him. We hired Luke and he went to work, quickly and efficiently. He and his team were fantastic. They worked closely with my son in Pullman to get all the facts of the case and kept us in the loop the whole time. He was super helpful in making sure that we understood everything and explained his plan. He got the body camera video as evidence from the police and was able to get them to drop all charges.
