I had a great experience here. I was new to the court system during my child custody case. Josh Huber took my case and guided me through everything with empathy, responded quickly and kept me updated through the entire process. I was representing myself but he saw that I was on the docket and decided to come to the hearing which made me feel like I had more support. He gave me pointers during our break that helped tremendously too. I highly recommend

Baumgarten law office was great with the advice given at the start of my troubled journey and when things got more serious and a negative judgement put against me by the courts, they did everything they could do at the time by sending me referrals to other attorneys around the area, when I couldn't secure any of them, one of their members had a slot come available to take on my case, even though it was grim and already stacked against me, Josh was able to work out a reasonable resolution that was in the best interest of the children involved.

Josh is a wonderful man, passionate and highly empathetic. I experienced domestic violence with my ex husband. Professional, detailed, and prompt. I had an excellent experience with Baumgarten Law. Nicole (at the front desk) was compassionate and responsive when I first inquired if they could take on my case.

Josh was great. Wife left me and had no idea what I was doing with filing for divorce. He really helped make an emotionally hard situation as painless as possible and was there to answer every single question I had. Wouldn’t wish divorce on anyone but definitely would recommend these guys if you are left with that situation.
