During our initial consultation, I immediately knew he was the right person to represent my interests, He was very knowledgeable and communicated exactly the best way to approach the matter. I obtained the full settlement I was entitled to from my dad’s estate. I am very satisfied with the outcome and appreciated Dan’s expertise and professionalism.

After long nights and lots of questions from me, he made something that could have turned the wrong way stay on track. He listens and has a lot of patience. I'm sure I got my $ worth with all the questions I had. :-). In the End My sisters and I were Happy with the outcome. Very Knowlegable Dan is the Man. I would definitely highly recommend him.

The neighbor built a fence on my dad's estate and I was worried that this would be a long drawn out legal hassle. I spoke with several lawyers, but Dan was the most knowledgeable. He very clearly explained all my options and what I might expect as a result all without talking down to me. My emails were always answered promptly and he made sure to always check back with me until the matter was taken care of. I'm happy to say that it was all resolved with him sending a letter to the neighbor and we didn't have to go to court. It was the best result we could have expected. I'm pleased with the work that Dan did and would recommend him.

Our attorney, who had been working on our case, recently move to North Carolina leaving us without an attorney. Dan stepped in and got up to speed in a short amount of time. Dan was spot on in laying out where he thought the mediation would go in terms of numbers. Along with being a great attorney, he's also a great guy. We will be using Dan in the future.
