Mr. Walk handled a disbursement of surplus funds case for my brother and I. He listened to everything I had to say and made me feel good about our case. I reached out to Dan to chat with him about my dad’s estate and probate options. Dan took the time to talk to me about the documents we had and what they meant for our options. We didn’t end up hiring an attorney because it turned out that we didn’t need one but it would have been Dan if we did.

Some examples- Just after we were appointed, one of the neighbors took a bulldozer to the 60-year old fence and cleared about 40 feet of the estate property. Mr. Walk got my urgent phone call early in the morning and had the cease-and-desist order out within hours. Another time, we were under a tight deadline to complete the house sale, and some of the heirs were balking. Mr. Walk hosted a conference call and was able to negotiate agreement among the parties and we were able to sell the property without delay. A few days before the house closed, we had to deal with an unauthorized trailer and unauthorized people on the property. Again, Mr. Walk got it resolved in time for the closing. Last summer 2019 my 90 year old Father passed away. back in march of 2018, i needed a lawyer because i was afraid my mom was getting taken for a ride with my cousin having power of attorney, my mom was very sick. and my husband and i didn't think she was being treated well. so we talked to the firm Dan was working with. he explained what we could do to protect her interest, well we were to late. my mom passed two days later and Dan got our case for probate since i wasn't sure what i was doing or expecting to do since my cousin was executor of the estate..
