Rob Sears and his team handled our motor vehicle accident claim. I was hesitant to hire an attorney because of the money and the horror stories but I must tell you, it was by far the best choice to make. I've dealt with other attorneys who made me feel like a dollar sign but Rob and his crew (particularly Denise) never lost sight of the fact that I am a human being and that my family was going through something difficult. They went above and beyond, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. There was an accounting error (which is bound to happen from time to time and one of the reasons it's nice to have a professional in your corner) but they corrected it promptly. My questions were answered intelligently and my concerns were always addressed with compassion. They fought for a fair settlement and I will be keeping their information on hand in case of the unexpected. Highly recommend!
