Unfortunately as much as I would like to recommend Sophia I cannot in good conscience. The delays of her office puts extra strain on her clients and impacts their ability to get necessary treatment in a timely matter. As an example no follow up with the hospital to organize the necessary lien documents to ensure the bill would not be sent to a debt collector. Your standard contract was in place so, no you were not doing pro bono work. Multiple delays on the part of your office lead to a delay in his ability to receive medical treatment. I am unsure why his ability to receive care hinged on your approval. Maybe you just don’t have the temperament needed to deal with injured, and stressed clients. Obviously the better solution is a larger firm with the resources to address their client’s needs professionally and directly.
