I was incredibly frightened by my experience, and made many phone calls to attorneys to find help. One of the lawyers I reached out to wasn’t accepting new cases, but highly recommended Mr. Karmali. And here we are. Case dismissed. I’m incredibly grateful for his patience and kindness throughout. He can take a very scary situation, and put you at ease. Highly recommend.

Mr. Karmali was an excellent attorney. I received a speeding ticket while on the WA-520 highway. This was my first offense and the officer stated his radar clocked me going 25 MPH over the speed limit, but he only cited me on the ticket for going 15 MPH over. I contacted Mr. Karmali by phone and told him all of the information I could remember about receiving the ticket including that a radar gun was used. I provided my ticket number and he immediately looked it up and began reviewing it. He had confidence that the ticket could be dismissed as there seemed to be discrepancies on it (ones I never would have caught without a lawyer). This whole phone call took at most 5-10 minutes. I later received the court date after telling him that I pursue a hearing with him as my lawyer. I sent him the date, time, and location and he went to court. I did not even need to go to the courthouse with him. He got the case dismissed and I did not need to pay any further court fees either. So for about 5-10 minutes of my time I did not have to pay a $150 speeding ticket or deal with increased insurance rates which would likely have costed me thousands over a few years. I also still have a clean driving record. Thank you Mr. Karmali!

I hired Mr. Hussein Karmali for two different traffic infraction cases and he did an excellent job for both of my cases which resulted in dismissal of both the cases with no fines. He is the best lawyer and really good human being. He is always approachable and always available for any questions.

I have use Mr Karmali on numerous occasions, being a family of 4 driving adults, for last few years. His price is very fair and service is great. I've retained Hussein Karmali on multiple occasions throughout the years. My cases became increasingly more difficult. Hussein went above and beyond in each instance to make sure I got a good outcome. There were times that I was inclined to take a plea deal, but he assured me he was willing to take it to trial each time. I got my second speeding ticket under the Pierce District Court area and I was freaking out because as a minor 2 infractions mean you get your license taken away for 6 months. The first one was in Lakewood and I knew I definitely couldn't fight that one. Although I was not looking at my speedometer at the time, I probably deserved the ticket, but I have a job and siblings to drive around so I could not afford to have this on my record. I researched several attorneys and finally decided on Mr. Karmali because I could afford him. I was a little hesitant because of his 6.7 rating but I went for it anyways. I emailed him at 2am on a Saturday night and I woke up to a reply at 8am the next day (whereas other attorneys took 1-3 days). Whenever I emailed him any type of question he almost replied within the hour, if not within 20 minutes! He calmed me down from my frantic state and ensured me that everything would be fine. It was a little annoying that my court date had to be delayed (but it was partially my fault for waiting so long to decide on an attorney). All in all, he notified me that my case had been dismissed right that morning and I am driving safely now :) I highly recommend him, he saved my license and my sanity.

Mr. Karmali was very responsive from my first contact through the court case and following up afterwards. My case was a fairly simple one regarding an accident and associated violations. He addressed all my questions over the phone, did some additional research and provided his recommendation. He was able to get my ticket fine reduced and the infraction updated so that it would not appear my record leaving me with a satisfactory result. He kept me informed over email throughout the process and I would recommend anyone to use him in the future. He is also on the ARAG list, so the costs were covered by my pre-paid legal plan.

Mr. Karmali didn't take my case, because there was no need! I made my initial call to his office to hire him on a speeding ticket, he got right on the phone, and told me how to handle the matter all without a fee. I'll be able to navigate this matter on my own based on his input.

I was charged with speeding on Highway 520 in April 2010. Hussein represented me and had the citation dismissed. He was quick and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. I thought I had already recommended Hussein here last year, but I can't find my recommendation, so I am resubmitting one.
