If you are looking for an immigration lawyer look no further Olia Catala is a great lawyer, she helped my husband respond to an RFA that they sent to us from the immigration department in February and we had to respond by March 6, our case seemed impossible because we had to gather a lot of information that we didn’t have but she was amazing at explaining and helping us with it all, she sent my paperwork on the beginning of April and on May 5th I got the great news that my paperwork has been approved yay Thanks to Olia’s awesome work we are closer to our goal now also She has a great personality and it’s easy to talk and trust overall our interaction was great 😊

We hired Olia to help us respond to an RFE she was very easy to work with and she was always available for us, her attention to detail is incredible, and being that we didn't have much time because the immigration department sent the rfe in February and expected an answer by March 6, she did the impossible and got my paperwork approved, Thank you so much, Olia!

My husband and I first connected with Olia in late September of last year. Even though I sit on the employer side of immigration and (foolishly, lol) think I’m pretty savvy, I was scared and nervous about this side of immigration. I mean, we were literally fighting for our marriage.
Once Olia sent us the list of documentation required, I was also overwhelmed. By end-of-January, with her support, we got it together and were able to provide everything she requested.
Then we were off to the races. The process moved QUICK. We got my husband’s work permit/EAD in about 6 weeks!!!
We got our green card about 5 weeks later!!!
From filing to green card, we’re talking talking about 10-11 weeks.
10. To. 11.
Weeks.
While I was initially overwhelmed, as mentioned, I now understand that it’s Olia’s thoroughness that facilitated such quick processing. Of course every situation is different but I’m awed.
Here’s my advice if you want to petition for a marriage green card.
First. Choose Olia.
Really, that’s the main thing.
But here are some other tips. Don’t be us. Push past the fear, nervousness and overwhelm and go ALL-IN.
Take time off work to get your documentation together.
Get a translator or leverage friends who speak your spouse’s native language. In my case, my husband is Japanese and there are some intrinsic cultural nuances that can be challenging.
Use your resources.
That’s about it. The only other thing I want to add is Olia’s maybe one of the nicest, most approachable people you will ever meet. She may be an attorney but she isn’t scary. She’s straight but honest. She’s calm, reassuring, engaging and just a really good person.
You can rely on Olia to get you across the finish line.

Olia helped prepare my naturalization. There was one thing in my case that I was nervous about, and she explained all possibilities and solutions with profound knowledge. She was also on the phone with me during my interview to support. Eventually things went very well, just as she expected. I highly recommend her service.

Olia catala is the best lawyer I’ve worked with. From our first meeting she welcomed me & my husband and and explained everything to us in terms we easily understood all they steps we needed take for my husbands adjustment status. Something I really like about olia is whenever we had questions about anything she always got back to us quickly with the answers for our questions. Olia sent all the papers and documents needed for my husbands adjustment status for the green card in February 2023 and in April 2023 my husband received his green card we were amazed of how fast the process went I’m sure without Olia’s help it wouldn’t be this easy. She made sure we submitted all the right documents needed she always reviewed everything with us. I highly recommend her and definitely would work with her again in future. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars she deserves 100 stars for sure! Thanks olia for your hard work we really appreciate it. :)

Olia Catala was the best find possible. There are so many other immigration lawyers out
there who promise the world and then take you to the cleaners with the bill doing stuff
(for the most part) that anyone could do on Google.
She is efficient, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and compassionate and
amazing. Her pre-interview counsel was by far the most useful and reassuring (we had
two, the other one with a different lawyer was a complete waste of money). I can safely
say that Olia gave my husband the courage and advice that helped him all the way to
the green card.
Would highly recommend Olia over and over again to anyone seeking counsel within
the realm of immigration.
THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN, OLIA
