We had a great experience working with Robert to create our wills, power of attorney, and health care directives. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough; asking detailed questions and really listening to our answers to insure complete understanding of our wishes. Robert took time to explain all concepts involved, suggested options when we needed, and provided exceptional guidance. We hired Robert to prepare our parents' wills and directives. He was extremely helpful in explaining that they didn't need wills and what directives they should have. I started with LegalZoom and he was the attorney assigned to my account. I soon learned that LegalZoom wasn't going to work so we hired Robert on the spot and will continue to use him for our personal estate planning. He was very patient while talking to my mom and explained everything to her very clearly. I will highly recommend him to family and friends.

We recently hired Robert to assist us in our estate planning needs for our elderly parents. Our parents are divorced so this was two complete sets of documents. Robert did a fabulous job of making sure we had the correct documents for our parents’ particular needs. He made sure the documents were all in order, and updated, both technically and legally, and he handled it all with grace and understanding. I had a 30 minute consultation with Mr. Franco concerning my new will for my daughter and 2 granddaughters. We covered all of my concerns about specific parts of the will. He was easy to talk to and ask specific questions. Mr. Franco answered my question clearly and raised possible other concerns. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and showed true compassion for my particular situation. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney who listens to what you say and true cares about your situation and concerns.
