Vanessa really did a good job explaining to me the intricacies of my case and I was very happy with the final Pre-Nuptial agreement reached. Also, she was willing to answer my questions post marriage. I would highly recommend her.

Vanessa was a great lawyer for our adoption process of our two grandchildren. She was attentive to all our questions and readily available when necessary. She was professional yet friendly which made us feel comfortable to communicate with her. We would use her again if we need too but hopefully not! Otherwise we will definitely recommend her.

Being a young adult and going through a divorce is very difficult. There were so many terms and situations I wasn't aware of and had no idea how I should proceed. Vanessa was very firm yet understanding and walked me through all my options and possible outcomes. She was always real with me and I had faith that she was doing everything she could for my best interest. She handled my case quickly knowing a drawn out case would be more costly for me. I hope I never have to use her services in the future, but if i do I would feel safe knowing she was my lawyer.

Ms Moore is busy, but when she is on your case she is quite focused and very solid in the court setting and representing you. She was clear about where I was incorrect and helped to steer me in a better position for wrapping up my case. Getting through all of the external noise is what I needed.

Vanessa Moore took over my divorce case a few months after I filed. My previous attorney was unable to continue, and I was behind and disorganized. She quickly got me back on track. My goal was to resolve things without trial if possible. Over the next year, Vanessa tried everything we could think of to get my ex and her attorney to negotiate in good faith. My ex’s attorney tried to trick and mislead us many times, but Vanessa caught every attempt. When it became clear that trial was unavoidable, she switched focus completely to prepare the best case possible. At the trial, she was flawless. She handled every argument and random attempts at distraction from the other side. She presented organized, complete and verifiable evidence to counter their attempts to rewrite history. After trial, the opposing attorney did everything imaginable to delay judgement and to convince the judge that the facts were different from what was presented. He was arrogant and insulting. Vanessa was calm and professional and most importantly, she was right. And when I became anxious and stressed, she listened to my concerns and answered every question. In the end, the judgement was better than I had hoped for. I would work with Vanessa again in an instant. But, hopefully, not on another divorce.

Recently I had the unfortunate experience of calling this firm to deal with a legal matter. I made an appointment to come in and consult with one of the partners. The first thing I noticed was that when I called, the woman who answered the phone was abrupt and rude and did not appear to be someone who was customer service oriented. I was a little shocked that someone could treat another human being that way. I asked her if it was something I said? She did not answer and then hung up on me. When I called back, I said I think we got off on the wrong foot, I apologized and asked her if we could start again - she reluctantly agreed. I was finally able to secure an appointment with one of the partners. When I showed up at our agreed upon time for the appointment, the same woman greeted me and said a message had been left canceling the appointment. When I asked her why, she said the attorney did not want to meet with me and offered no other options. No message was ever discovered. In my personal opinion, these people are unprofessional and wasted my time and energy. In addition, there was no integrity.

I am so thankful I had the opportunity to work with Vanessa in my family matter. She was really amazing! Help me take that extra stress of doing this on my own. She was really sensitive to things needed to be. She was really straightforward when needed to be. I like that she doesn’t sugar coating things but yet she can show her passion of her work.

I had a great experience working with Vanessa on my divorce. She was very knowledgeable, accessible and very reasonable with the number of hours she billed (I know this because opposing counsel charged more than double).
