I hired Brett for filing our Divorce in 2016. In our initial meeting, he was very knowledgeable and detailed. This helped take some of the stress off of our case, as this was unknown waters to us. Brett was also attentive and respectful to our needs. This was not an easy matter for us yet with his professional guidance, Brett was able to keep the process going smoothly and helped keep our Divorce cordial. I highly recommend Brett for his integrity, experience, and attentiveness. Most of all, he always responded in a timely manner. Thank you Brett.

I was faced with a very difficult decision to modify my current child support order with my ex-husband. I knew it would be a battle, and was very hesitant to do it on my own. My sister who is a paralegal saw that Brett had excellent reviews and recommend I seek him out for legal help. I am so glad I did. He made this very difficult process so much easier. Two years ago I was faced with the terrifying journey of divorce. I had no clue what I was supposed to do as this was my first divorce and my husband at the times third. I drive by Beetham Tran law office daily. When I called, I gave a brief history of what was happening and was offered the first available appointment for a consult. The fee was minimal for the hour and well worth it. Brett Beetham was who I spoke with, he asked what I wanted to do and how I wanted to approach this. Then he informed me of possible out comes and gave his recomendations and a list of papers I needed to provide him. He was confident, informative and relatable. I hired him. While divorce is no easy task he kept me informed, let me know in advance what I would be charged for and how much, and gave me piece of mind in the sense of his knowledge. I was in good hands. At no point was I surprised by fees or bills. Everything is upfront and you are informed before it happens. Brett Beetham was physically present at all mediations and meetings, he wasn't a behind the scenes attorney he was right there with me. I hope I don't have to re visit court for any matter but if I do. Brett Beetham will be who I call.

Brett jumped in and took over my difficult dissolution case. It became a long, drawn out process caused by the opposing side. Brett was knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and efficient. He was flexible, as we lived out of state and flew/drove for court dates. His billing was fair and always explained if needed. Brett has a wonderful, supportive staff. I really appreciated that he kept the drama of dissolution to a minimum. He has the ability to short-circuit erroneous information, outrageous demands, and harassment from opposing side with professionalism and grace. In my case, I believe this kept the duration and costs to a minimum.

I must say, having Brett as my advocate through the process was the saving grace that made a fairly difficult process as seamless as it could be. Wow, where do I start? Brett is a strait forward upstanding lawyer! I was in a bind 5 years ago, had to fire my divorce lawyer that did NOTHING correct! Found Brett thru a friend. Told him my situation, I believe I had 9 weeks or less to get my divorce taken care of. And had to start from step one!! He stepped up and got it done!! It was a simple divorce, but non the less, he did it!! He kept me informed of what was happening, and suggested what the next 'plan of attack' and what he was recommending. Gave me options, and KEPT IT REAL!! He didn't sugar coat anything. He also was not afraid to tell me that he didn't like a certain idea I had, or tell me the truth from his expeiriance if 'it' was worth pursuing. BRETT IS A EXCELLENT LAWYER!! HE DOES NOT BEND THE RULES, PLAYS BY THE BOOK!! I have referred his expertise to 3 of my friends and ALL have been very satisfied with his work performance!! He took my already filed mess of a dissolution case, was able to bring my highly difficult spouse, his attorney and I to settlement (via mediator). Dealing with questions and issues he is very patient, honest and nice. He is extremely smart and has a great memory. He was fair with billing and I will hire him again if need be.

As of 05/28/13 - I am currently STILL working with Mr. Beetham in regards to my child custody. He has been a wonderful attorney to have by my side for the last year and 1/2. Always kept me updated, was quick to respond back and very knowledgeable. Pros: He is open on weekends which is one reason I did choose him. I needed somebody available on Saturday OR Sunday. Great person to have and represent you! His brother does WILLS too! He is ALSO recommended as he did mine.

I am a mother of 2 and was struggling trying to get full custody of my children. I started on the "DIY" through the courts and 6 months into the process I knew I was over my head and things were a total mess. I tried many avenues to get help to no avail. I contacted Mr Beetham and after the first visit I knew he could help me succeed. With very little income, he worked with me and within a short time I got custody! He was very helpful, explained things in a way that were easy to understand for an ordinary person. It can be very trying and confusing to struggle along in the court system, no matter how many I's you dot and T's you cross, unless you have a knowledgeable person helping like Mr. Beetham you'll drown in no time. I would recommend him to anyone in need and have done so already. I can't thank him enough for all his help and the ton of paperwork he had to sort through from me trying to DIY. My children are happy, I'm happy and we appreciate Mr. Beetham making it all possible.
