I was rear-ended in a work place accident and found myself in need of representation. Working with Bruce and his team was an amazing experience; their professionalism cannot be overstated. Being involved in an automotive accident can be a pretty confusing and stressful situation. Bruce will help you through out the process and advise you what you need to do to reach the outcome you deserve. He was able to meet me on my lunch break at my workplace to explain the process, answer my questions or concerns and what is in YOUR best interest. Their emailing system updates you as your doing your physical therapy and rehabilitation... You can contact him anytime by phone or email and he will respond quickly within 24hours. Most attorneys will duck or dodge your calls and sometimes have their receptionist filter your calls. Bruce has been very polite, professional, understanding and straight forward. He will not sell you a dream, and he will meet your expectations. I still receive postcards around the holidays from there office and feel like they actually care about there clients.

Wiener & Lambka were able to resolve my situation but most important, Mr. Bruce kept me informed of my options. I hope I don't need to use their service again but if I do I can rest assured that I will be in good hand.

Bruce and Co. handled a complicated multi-party case with relative ease, taking a major weight off the shoulders of my wife (who was hit twice in a month, with our young daughter in the car and went through treatment while pregnant with our second daughter) and I. We switched to Bruce after a very poor experience with another law firm, which might be to blame for the mess Bruce and Elina inherited. The team was responsive and helpful! Four stars due to some persistent errors with spelling of names and a couple of smaller missed bills — but again, it was a complicated case and we came out the other side happy with the services rendered to us. I'd call Wiener & Lambka again if I ever needed future representation in a similar matter.

3 words to describe W&L: Get Things Done! This is my 2nd time hiring W&L and both times I was blown away at the service, response and care from the team. Unfortunately, both times came from auto accidents that were not my fault, but fortunately, after healing, W&L took care of me on the financial side. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so. You will be pleased with the experience and professionalism they offer. The person that made my experience acceptable is Tina Thurston. Without Tina to respond to my emails and do the research necessary the culmination of a four year long ordeal would probably not be coming to and end even now. I cannot say enough about her pleasant and helpful attitude, her immediate response to emails and general projection of efficiency and caring. She is an amazing attribute to this firm.
