Ms. Howard approached my attorney after sitting in court when the judge ordered a Guardian ad Litem to be appointed on my son's behalf. Little did I know, she was just a predator waiting to drum up business. As is stated on three other poor ratings at LawyerRatingz.com, she does as little work as possible and leaves everything until the last minute. We were delayed 2 times because her reports weren't ready. When they were delivered, they were too brief and left my son's situation EXACTLY the same, in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. In fact, the judge went against her when we got to court. In my case, she did NOT interview my son's counselor, teacher, principal or daycare worker before making her first report. Only after my attorney insisted, did she try and contact any third party in my son's case. In the end, she only reached his daycare provider. DO NOT trust her as a Guardian ad Litem.
