Wow. These guys were super nice!!! I called to ask a few questions about a possible case. The time and care he took to listen, let me know what I could do but also confirmed I was on the right path with the case claim we had going was good. See where we go from there and at that point, evaluate whether his or any attorney services are needed. Definitely think he's earned my trust!

I highly recommend this firm to anyone. My old man was in an accident while out of state and needed to be airlifted to the nearest medical facility due to his injuries and location of the accident, while I got word of this and after the dust settled and his health gradually improved thank God, I knew it wouldn't be cheap for the poor old man therefore, I almost immediately contacted Hardwick & Pendergast to see what the options were. From the moment we placed foot in the office we were treated like family, everyone was extremely helpful during the whole process and to our greater surprise, his case was settled within a matter of a few months and even more shocking was the amount he was able to collect. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work and effort that was put into his case to the point where I have even referred my brother in-law who also needed legal assistance.
