Great lawyer

I had managed to negotiate my own settlement prior to retaining this firm. I thought hiring an attorney would help me negotiate a more reasonable offer, I was wrong! I provided them everything they needed to draft a demand letter, medical bills and records, my own demand letter, police report, everything. After waiting 7 months I was told they were still waiting on a bill they insisted on ordering themselves before they could start to draft a letter. I wanted something, anything to show that I was moving forward, and they couldn't provide anything. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told my case was moved to the top of the pile and that I would have a demand letter by the next morning. That was a lie! More than a week later and I still hadn't received anything. I have to handle my own negotiation if I want to settle before the statute of limitations runs out. I was rear-ended by a guy driving 60 miles an hour and I was dead stopped. He totaled both our cars and managed to hit another car after me. This was a slam dunk, open and shut case, but they couldn't handle it. I'm going to be reporting them to the better business bureau, and hopefully nobody loses money because of these guys.

I would never recommend this law firm had a on the job injury to my shoulder Had 3 different attorneys in one year and then 1 day out of the blue they called me up and said we have your check I'm like what yeah we settled and we have your check ready for you to pick up.... I was out of work for 2 years and they got me a whopping $6000

Don't waste Your time calling. They don't make any effort in trying to help. Twice I called to get help for 2 different issues in 4 yrs but they don't even bother looking into issue..i would not waste time calling because they won't take your case at all .100% unsatisfied

I have an open case but seems funny how they have not even contacted the Doctor that saw me for my medical records. I've been back to work since February. Seems awful funny how they say they are working on it. Just lazy pass lawyers that are not doing their job. Guess who's suing them now.....

They don’t care about you or your health They don’t call you and ask how you doing and how things are Seems like they just waiting for you to finish treatments so they can close the case and collect their easy money
