Yesterday, I posted on Avvo and Mr. Nguyen offered free consultation on my landlord-tenant issue. I showed my landlord his response and gave the written notice Mr. Nguyen recommended- my landlord is calling an HVAC company today to make the necessary changes to my room. We had a good experience with the lawyer, he understood what we wanted, went through the papers quickly, and clearly explained all questions and answers to make sure that we understood the process of applying for a green card. Worth the money that we spent!
