This is a true firm that is sincere about helping people. We were dealing with a debt collector about an alleged debt we could find no record of. Before finding Anderson Santiago PLLC we had already been to court twice and managed to avoid being ruled against because our case was not as cut and dry as the debt collection was making it sound. We just didn’t know how to fight back. We tried to negotiate with the other law firm but they felt no need to make any fair compromise as they felt they had a strong case against us. I was stressing because our next court date was less than a month away and we felt our backs were against the wall. I found an Online ad for Santiago around midnight as I was up late trying to find a defense that would get the debt collector off our back. This was causing me and my wife constant stress. Tyler contacted me within 24 hours of filling out their online form. Laid out our options and then went to work on the solution. Within 72 hours he had gotten the court date cancelled and brought the other law firm to the negotiating table. He then worked with us on a number that was more than fair on his fee. About a week later we got a letter from the other law firm with a settlement number that they had agreed upon and it was pennies on the dollar. Tyler is definitely a force to be reckoned with when dealing with collection agencies. My advice is if you are dealing with a debt collector. Call these guys. Be honest with them and if there is a solution they know what it is. I wish I had found them before we ever went to court but better late than never.
