I got several tickets in the last few months and heard about Igor from a car group. He is very easy to work with and very reasonable on prices. Update: I received a ticket for modified exhaust, no front plate, and excessive noise from audio system. Igor got the no front plate and modified exhaust removed and the excessive noise reduced from $500 down to $100.
