He was fair.

I had a diminished value case on my Tesla Model S with a limited payout. Paul gave me great advice, and convinced me of the value he could add to my case. I asked tons of questions, and Paul was always patient. Great guy, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately this is the second time I've had a vehicle significantly damaged through no fault of my own. It's a crushing feeling. Having closure on my very first accident just happened and I sincerely believe it couldn't be any better without Paul and his staff. We settled my diminished value claim in less than the time we initially projected and I ended up getting more than what my personally hired diminished value appraiser. The process did take several months but the legal team is always there to assist you and inform you of the developments of the case. In my case, everything was done electronically and it is very convenient. You will not run the risk of losing a piece of paper and you will have a record of everything. They are also available after hours which worked out very well for me due to my own work schedule. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with choosing to be represented by Paul. It is a scary process and I have no background of this process but he made the process for me literally just a few emails procedure. Just think about it: I got a settlement out of court which is greater than my original claim. That right there, I believe, is a great testament that one can't go wrong with him as your legal counsel.

When it became evident that I was going to have some challenges with the repair process and knowing that I would be needing ongoing medical attention, I did not hesitate to reach out to Paul. I had no idea what I was doing and from the very beginning Paul displayed empathy and was willing to help me through the process. He continued to keep me updated throughout and even if he was out of town he still managed to respond to my emails in a timely manner. I ended up paying out-of-pocket to complete my car repair that the insurance company refused to pay at the time. Paul and his team at Galileo Law fought for me to ensure that I was not going to be bullied by the insurance company. In the end he not only demanded all of my injury portion of the claim to be paid but he also recovered all of my short pay for the car repair. I felt at ease when I realized that I would no longer be financially burdened. I am completely satisfied on the outcome and the level of service that Paul and his team provided. Not only have they been kind but they've all gone above and beyond to stay in contact with me, and keep me up to date with all that was going on in my case. Paul was polite and professional at all times. He gave a complete description of possible scenarios, and probable outcomes. The process was long because of Drs. time in treatment but legal time was relatively quick.
