My truck was hit with hail damage on March 28,2021. My insurance company USAA made a million excuses to not pay the claim. After 4 months of angst with USAA they denied the claim. I reached out to Hardwick and Pendergast. They listened reviewed all my data, They contacted USAA. USAA paid the claim in full minus the deductable. I am a 25 year member of USAA it was quite a shock to be treated like this. Something I learned in this process, Regardless of the proof of the legitimacy of the claim, if the Insurance company does not want to pay your legitimate claim.. as consumers they have us painted in a corner. Your left with no option but to enlist an Attorney. H&P were very through, responsive, professional. If I need an attorney for anything I will call them first. Thanks
