I called their office and their receptionist immediately declined to provide any further assistance with the car incident I was involved in. Don’t even bother calling as they’ll just shut you down immediately.

I was working with them and they switched my case to someone else without informing me and it took me reaching out for an update to be told that essentially said it wasn’t their issue and to stop contacting them and to reach out to this man I’ve built no familiarity or rapport with and as I’ve reached out to this person he has given no response. It’s been months since I reached out, and my accident was a year ago with no resolution in sight. What a poor service and business practice. Do not waste your time here.

The best!! My case was not your usual accident. I was hit by a motorized scooter on a King County Trail. This meant that to get compensation we had to go to his Homeowners because scooters are not required to have insurance. I was denied help from another Attorney's Firm due to how different my claim was. In the dumps over that a dear friend recommended Washington Auto Law! This special twist did not stop James or Marissa from going full force. And wow Marissa, what a great partner in my cause. She kept me informed and helped me thru a deposition plus so much more. Call them for car accident only interested in knowing if we have insurance and the other parties insurance. Wasting 30 minutes on the phone and no attorney available next week and will contact us if they decide to take our case and represent us. Should have tell us earlier that no attorney was available instead of asking for detail of the accident to see if it’s worth their time.
