Paul's meticulous attention to detail, sincere belief in making sure that his clients are taken care of, and principled approaches to personal injury claims are assuring to the extent that I believe once he takes on an accident/injury claim, the client will be well advised and well represented.

My experience with Paul and staff was all positive. I quickly learned insurance companies do not help you and you need a good attorney and Paul is one I will refer others to in the future.

After a short time of dealing with my insurance company, and the insurance company of the person who rear ended me, and quickly learning they were not going to be fair, on the referral of a friend I set up a meeting with Paul, discussed a plan and signed on the line. Paul and his staff were always available for questions and help. My biggest mistake was thinking the insurance companies would be fair, but this was not the case, and I suggest the help of a good attorney is worth every penny and don't wait.

Me and my mom worked with Mr. Hemingway for three years over a case, and he really was the biggest support system for us through a highly stressful and difficult time. He took any extra matters, big or small, into his own hands and has over the years done his absolute best to help us. I can't thank him enough for the amount of time and energy that was spent into handling our case. Very helpful on 3 different unique cases in 15 years. 1st one was when I was around 18 years old, 2nd one I was in my late twenties 3rd case i was in my mid thirties. 2 of the 3 I did not have a police report that would help my case luckily I had witnesses and evidence for the case. It took some time but they sort it all out which I'm really impress. I've always turn to them and they never fail.
