I am writing this review based on my recent experiences with Mr. Ed Hemingway and his assistant Ms. Mary Zhu. Without getting into details of the accident and process dealing with insurance company, I will summarize my experience with what Mr. Hemingway said, "Money is important, but money is not everything. Human life is so much more important, a lesson from living through the COVID pandemic." Indeed, Mr. Hemingway has defended my interest with all of his legal capability against the insurance company and its legal representative, while balancing such legal "fight" with care and thought about my individual well-being. So I am so glad to have Mr. Hemingway on myside, to defend and protect my interest.

I'm a past client of Paul's, and I wanted to say that I am very appreciative of him and his team for taking on a car accident case years ago that seemed like it was insignificant to me, but I was never made to feel like it was insignificant. He explained the process regarding the lawsuit to me, him and his team were very professional and very prompt on making sure things were taken care of for me in the background while I was focused on recovery and otherwise trying to pick up the pieces because of the impact of the accident, and I never felt like I was out of the loop on anything. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs them.

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about motor vehicle damage, diminished value, navigating opposing insurance claims, and estimator/body shop contacts in the Seattle area. He is able to take cases that only involve property damage without medical claims, unlike some other offices; however Paul actually was able to cleanly map out the steps to resolve my issue on a new Mercedes AMG GT, with the other party completely at fault but their insurance unwilling to fully cover, entirely within the initial free consultation meeting without taking on the case. Impressive, highly recommend and would work with again.

James Lee helped me on my case tremendously. He was always easy to contact to answer any questions i had, and always kept me updated. He speaks Korean and helped my mom understand what was going on throughout my case, so if you are Korean i would go with him!
