I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Mr. Gossing. I have read several reviews as to how great and attentive he is however at this point I feel it’s just personal because he is so unresponsive to me. I try not to be a bother but apparently that gets me nowhere as well. Throughout my bankruptcy I pretty much received the same service and when he and his previous business partner parted ways I felt a loyalty to him and stuck it out with his piss poor service because when he is responsive he is AMAZING!! Unfortunately that type of service an unresponsiveness is truly unacceptable. It seems as though he is way to busy to even attempt to make you feel as a priority.

Hello All, i was referred to Jan and his team, from the company I work for, my first meeting with the firm was great, i felt that they were the right choice to help me out with my challenge. Jan has gone above and beyond what is required on my case. I went to see Jan after getting his name from an associate. The thought of bankruptcy was very scary for me and I had a lot of apprehension. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring of the whole process. He exhibited a high level of confidence without exuding arrogance - an asset many attorneys lack. Our case seemed pretty cut and dry when we started. Honestly I though the bankruptcy attorney got too much money when all of the figures were laid out in our bankruptcy repayment plan. Fast forward a year later......... I feel he isn't paid enough!! He has earned very penny!!!! Things have been turned upside down by an out of nowhere child custody / child support nightmare brought on by my husband's ex and a vehicle included in the chapter 13 plan being totaled when we were the victim of a distracted driver. He didn't hesitate in going to bat for us when DCS aggressively intercepted an amended refund that was a result of IRS changing the way income to special needs parent caregivers is reported. and he was very helpful in getting the funds from the insurance payoff for the car. I'm sure his out of the box thinking will be our life saver if we have to rewrite our plan so all the people that should be paid do get paid. Without Jan on our side I'm sure we'd be facing a hopeless outcome plagued with financial ruin. I only wish Jan handled family law too!!! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!!

I began working with Jan over a year ago based on a referral from my other attorney John Eltringham, another fantastic attorney. Jan has helped me in dealing with a random IRS audit but has also now been engaged to put together my tax returns and has also helped in a few other areas to include the establishment of an LLC and a dispute with an irresponsible house sitter. Jan is always very easy to get a hold of and responds to emails, calls and texts in a timely manner. He is wise beyond his years and a think outside the box type of guy who is able to create positive solutions and outcomes for complex situations. He is well versed in his craft and charges very reasonable fees for his time relative to his expertise. All in all a fine attorney to work with.

My wife and I were represented by Jan G. He is a nice man, he walked us through every option we had, was very friendly and personable, and a true professional. Even after our case was closed, he continued to answer my silly questions. His fees were very reasonable, and I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer.

jan was great at first but not only did he stand me up for our second appointment, he ignores emails. He has no secretary and claims to be high tech enough to avoid needing one, however that means that he has no time to filter calls and emails and i went weeks without hearing from him and he had no follow through and doing what he said he would. Nice guy, bad practice. Would no recommend.

Jan has handled many tax issues for us personally and for our business. He is always just a phone call away and his advice is spot on. He re-structured our business so that we save money on taxes. He has become a trusted business adviser.

The free consultation was really free and they gave me a fair (and cheaper) price than I was quoted from other attorneys.
