My husband and I own a small business and have had to seek legal help within our first 3 years of business. Brett was recommended to us by a friend who was extremely satisfied with his services and we were happy to get connected with him. Brett helped us resolve an unfortunate event and without him, I am not sure how we would have moved forward. We will always appreciate his help at a time that was so stressful for us. This year we had the pleasure of meeting Neal and Dalton who helped us fine tune some legal documents. Neal was such a pleasure to work with, he brings a ton of business experience and expertise and is always eager and excited to learn how he can better serve you. With Neal and Dalton's help, we were able to improve our legal documents and we can now use them with confidence. Our overall experience with Gravis law was a positive, professional experience. Katherine Sierra- Kelly was hands down the most amazing lawyer I could have ever chose to defend my divorce case. Her and her assistant Haylie were always available to help with any questions and concerns I had throughout the entire process. They made my whole divorce settlement as easy and convenient as possible by preparing and studying my case thoroughly every time before every court. I was juggling school, work, kids and my divorce all at once. I honestly don't know how Kelly kept up with me and neve complained. She was available for me even at 10pm when I finally got home after a long day and finally found time to reply to her emails. I never had to worry about my lawyer not being fully prepared unlike other lawyers I have dealt with in the past Like Kim Ouren for example !!! Oh my god!!!! I had the worst experience EVER with Kim. She was never prepared for my cases. She never had time for me. She never responded to my emails or text messages. She never returned my calls. It was a complete Nightmare!!! She was very quick to take $3,000 from me to take my case and she did not do anything for me. I was so traumatized thinking I had lost this case. I honestly had lost hope of finalizing my divorce. I was being fought by my ex for full custody of my kids. My situation was terrible. Kim wasn't doing anything for me. When I left her I decided to hire Katherine. She was very well recommended by friends and I decided what the heck what more do I have to loose. From day one, I had the most amazing experience with her starting with the great customer service at the front desk! She busted her but and studied my case so well and defended me like no other. Within a couple months not only was I divorced but I now have full custody of my kids. She fought my case and my kids and I were able to move out of the town we lived in. Which that alone was tough due to ex that threatened to spend every penny on his lawyer so that his kids would not be able to move out of that town because he too lived there. Oh and also, I was able to get a very very reasonable settlement. I honestly don't know where I'd be right now if not for Katherine. I strongly recommend her! Gravis Law is so amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of having Katherine Sierra-Kelly represent us through some challenging family law issues. Katherine was professional from the start. We were charged for the services that she rendered at the appropriate rate and nothing more. Katherine walked into my case after my previous lawyer had made a huge mess of it. I had filed here and my soon to be ex had filed in southern ID. I had been granted some temp spousal support and we were fighting jurisdiction when my previous lawyer then stayed my case here, stating jurisdiction issues. Which was not true because I had received the spousal support. This made it possible for me to possibly lose jurisdictions. I could not have gotten divorce in Southern ID without it affecting my job. Where we use to live is over 6 hours away when the roads are clear. I walked into Katherine's office unsure if I would get any help at all. Katherine was surprised at the mess my case was in and was very concerned if she could even do anything. I got everything together to prove I had no prior knowledge about my case being stayed and everything else she needed. Katherine worked very diligently to do whatever she could to help me. She had to work extra hard because of the prior mess. Not only did she try, but she succeeded in getting the stay reversed and she also won jurisdiction for us here in WA! She has worked very hard and been very supportive through all of this. I have been trying to get divorced for over 2 years and I finally feel like it will happen! She is not afraid to jump in and take on a difficult case like mine and give it 110%! She works very hard and does an amazing job! I can not say enough great things about her! She has completely restored my faith and I would recommend her to anyone! The title says it all she's good at what she does. If your in need of an "A" game lawyer then you should consider Kathreine Sierra-Kelly. I've been working with her on and off for over 3 years and have had a fantastic outcome to a terrible situation. Not only did she represent me in court she also did it without me being there everytime. Which was really nice because it's a 160 miles round trip to the court room, each time the judge would give the other side more time to try and come up with something that would stick. If your going to spend a small fortune then you better hire someone who's going to get you the outcome your looking for. Katherine is my attorney until my daughter turns 18 hands down. Just because the parenting plan is set doesn't mean your never going back to the court room. Trust me I've already been back and Katherine was right by my side to win again. Everyone loves winning expecially if your the underdog. Dad's can win and do with the right help by your side.

Katherine did an amazing job of navigating through our complex custody battle. She was very therough and answered all of our emails in a very timely manner. When I dealt with Hailey she always stated she didn’t know how she could help me and directed me to Katherine- which was extremtly frustrating. There was one particular situation that leads me to giving her a 1 star. In our parenting plan it specifically stated that my step son was not to be around a specific person- court ordered in two different documents due to violence and drug abuse. When that was violated, I contacted Katherine to inform her of the situation and she was more concerned about our balance then the safety and well being of my step child. We explained on numerous occations that when the child support stopped coming out of the paychecks she would receive monthly payments from us (this process took about a month). This took about 6 emails for her to fully comprehend. Additionally, we received an email regarding our balance from a paralegal whom we never once spoke with during our 5 month journey. We chose her to represent us because she is a mother, I was hoping she would have compassion which she did not show at that time.

This lawyer right here is the absolute best lawyer I have ever met! Katherine along with her assistant Haylie’s help, defended my long and difficult case from start to finish. Katherine makes sure that you do not get screwed over by your opposing party. She studies your case in complete depth to provide you with the absolute best defense. I have a very busy school and work schedule but Katherine was always available for me no matter what time if the day or evening it was. I went through a few lawyers before I hired her and nobody ever came close to representing and defending me like she did. She is very sweet and easy to work with. I trust Katherine to the fullest. She will be the only lawyer I will ever recommend!

Why waste time calling anyone else? If you're looking for a firm that does great, affordable work AND can explain legalese in normal English than the Gravis team is right for you. We need more legal groups like them in Tri-Cities.
