I was involved in a collision with a car on my electric bicycle resulting in some serious injuries. To say the least, I was being dismissed by many people who were part of the situation during that day, and others who weren't directly involved. One incremental moment on a Sunday changed my life in ways that I could have never anticipated, many of which were not good given the financial climate today post covid. I felt so stressed and down because it seemed I had no voice, and dealing with the insurance companies was a nightmare. Meanwhile, my injuries and medical appointments were almost too much by themselves. This had been a very emotionally draining experience to say the least. I was so out of my depth with everything. It got to the point where looking for an attorney made sense as the situation became more complicated. I remember one night looking around google at several places, and I just kept coming back to Telare law. There was something about them that immediately put me at ease. I'm sure it was probably a combination of them explaining how they got into their professions and why, coupled with the youtube video on the web site. It was also that they seemed so passionate about what they did, and in my opinion, for the right reasons. From the moment we called your office we were met with a helpful and caring staff. your office was prompt in asking for and sending pertinent documents. We called due to undue pressure from the 'perpetrators' insurance company. We now feel at ease in that we are taken care of.
