We were faced with a situation of harassment from our neighbor. We were afraid of the actions our neighbor was taking against us. We spoke with Austin and he told us he would take our case and eased our fears of the up coming litigation. He also said we would win he case and we did win. We would recommend Austin for any kind of legal problem you might may have. I know we will use him in the future for all our legal issues.

I studied alongside Austin throughout law school. I always found him to be 100% honest, engaged and hard working. His work and attention to details shows how much he cares about his clients and doing a thorough job. I highly recommend him and would hire him if I ever needed quality representation. I hired him to write a letter of termination. He wouldn't return calls, didn't produce the letter and when I did go down again to cancel our agreement and get my money back, he typed one while I sat in the waiting room. The letter looked like a grade schooler wrote it and was completely inaccurate. I rewrote the letter in front of Mr Carmen and his Business manager, which they then redrafted. It has now been 4 months and they won't return the balance of my $2,000.00 deposit or return any phone calls.
