Review is about Ben Dow. He has represented me through my divorce. My divorce started with my wife making false claims of domestic violence, child abuse, etc. She got a sham restraining order and got me removed from my home through the super secret court (which is a complete joke because the opposing party has no chance to represent themselves because they don't even know it is happening.) Interestingly enough it was signed off on by Judge Sam Swanberg (who is currently in his own trial for domestic violence.) With Ben Dow's representation I was able to get the restraining order dismissed, make my wife pay for her own attorney and court costs, and gain FULL custody of my 12 year old son with his mother having no overnight visitation. Ben Dow's best quality is that he does not overpromise results in the courtroom. If a motion is unlikely to be successful in court he will tell you that. I have seen other attorneys "run up the bill" on their clients by pursuing frivolous motions and Ben Dow does not do this. If you have an upcoming family law matter I fully encourage you to obtain Mr. Dow for the case.

This is the second time I have sought counsel with Gravis Law for my family law custody case. I came back again because my first experience with Katherine Sierra-Kelly was phenomenal. Katherine was not available this time. So I was referred over to Jonathan Bisceglia for another family law case. He was everything I needed. He went above and beyond. Jon is personable and I felt he sincerely cared about my case. He was helpful and responded to emails fast. He was even kind of funny which, really helps when you are going thru such a stressful and scary time in your life. But also extremely professional. I’d definitely come back and I’d refer anyone to him.

I retained an attorney for bankruptcy and didn’t end up filing. The attorney I was working with left the firm and I signed a form back in January for the remaining retainer to be sent to me. I have yet to receive the refund, have left three voicemails and spoken to two people and nobody has been able to give me any information or provide an ETA for the refund.

I recently had a situation that required help from Shea Meehan and Stephen Sennett. Ultimately, I could not have been happier or more impressed with the work they did and the result/verdict they ultimately achieved. These gentlemen are the epitome of professional and I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Furthermore, there's no one else I would recommend more to anyone in need.
