We were seriously injured in a head-on crash with an underinsured driver. Our injuries far surpassed his coverage and maxed out our underinsured motorist coverage. Eric was thorough, competent and a constantly reassuring advocate for us through a yearlong process of being made whole. He worked with Medicare, our insurance, the other driver's insurance, 23 hospitals and 5 Doctors to make sure we got all the bills paid and a fair settlement. We never were in doubt about where matters stood and what the likely outcome would be. So supportive and reassuring. Great service.

I initially was charged with a DUI and Eric worked very hard to my DUI dropped down to a Negligent 1 and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Eric was ALWAYS available to me when I had a question about anything leading up to my court cases. He was very reassuring when I was going through this unfortunate incident and always consulted with me on what he suggested that we do. Eric guided me masterfully through my case and really came out with the best outcome possible. He was willing to try out all angles for my case even though they seemed far stretched. I was wrongly accused of Domestic Violence. Eric took my case and defended me with tenacity. He gave me his time, energy and knowledge. He also went the extra mile and asked my accuser for more information than that person was willing to give, because of all his hard work and investigation, the DA and Judge decided to dismiss my case without any Prejudice.
