SHADY SHADY SHADY I have tried numerous times to contact this office and give them my real address as my meth addicted aunt gave him an address from BEFORE I WAS EVEN BORN and the hefty receptionist screamed at my mother and I antagonizing us, saying we cannot come in there and are not allowed to speak to anyone. She was absolutely rude. What an unethical shady place.

I had the pleasure of working with Randy on a complex criminal case over a couple of years. He is a smart, accomplished, dedicated trial lawyer who will always call you back and whose judgment I trust fully.

The person that takes care of billing and is rude , condescending and she kept cutting me off during a conversation. I had to strongly ask her and beg her to please listen and let me finish a sentence.Her name is Michelle. I called trying to pay my bill in full. I would not hire her under any circumstances. The lawyers are excellent and professional to work with. Michelle is on the wrong position for customer service. She did not call me trying to get the money to pay the bill, I called her trying to get information to pay the bill in full.

I recently hired this firm to help with my parents estate planning after my Mother died. They had previously done the paperwork for her and I was looking for guidance. I was directed to Michele Granholm who was unprepared, unprofessional and generally clueless. I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt but after multiple interactions that were unprofessional and where nothing was accomplished I can not continue to work with this firm. Find better representation...this isn't the firm for you.

I had a worst nightmare scenario! Almost lost my license due to a mix up with the state patrol and the local police. I had no idea where to start to try and get my license reinstated. Randy handled the whole thing and got the initial charges dropped. Thanks Randy!
