Complete waste of time. The first person I spoke with, I spent twenty minutes briefing on my issue and didn't take any notes, so there was no record of my call. I called back a week later because an attorney never got a hold of me like I was told. Weeks later an attorney finally called, not knowing why, only to be tell me that I should speak with my insurance company. Do yourself a favor and find a local company that has good references.

I appreciated the free consultation. Turns out my question was a routine inquiry, so the 15 Minute call only took 10 minutes because Neal delivered the information so succinctly and knew the answers to questions I didn't even think of asking. Very efficient and informative!

Katherine is an amazing attorney, not only does she fight for her client but she also explains everything to her client as well.
